Prayer Requests – Updated 10-06-2009
- PRAISE! ~ We purchased our motorcycle in September!
- PRAISE! ~ We have been able to purchase a dresser and some furniture for our living room!
- PRAISE! ~ Brian was able to take over as head of maintenance in September – a year earlier than we’d expected!
- PRAYER: for our general fund to get replenished. (Account #14191 – BCM International)
- PRAYER: for funds for a desk and a table to be provided.
- PRAYER: for our language learning – that we’d really improve greatly in our Spanish during the next few months.
- PRAYER: for our health and wisdom as we buy health insurance.
- PRAYER: wisdom for Brian as he figures out how to do his new role as head of maintenance well.
- PRAYER: wisdom for Lisa as she teaches (as opposed to letting the computer do the teaching) two classes for her 7th grader.
Hi to you both. I think I can figure this out! I’ve never made a reply to a blog before! I loved your article, Lisa and we passed the magazine aroud. Be praying for you while Brian is gone and also for your finances. My sister-in-law called me last night to ask me to pray for her daughter who is having great anxiety over her family finances. Valerie does tend to worry over such – but it doesn’t help! just saps our strength! Services were good today, sure do love your folks and have been praying daily for them. I pray for you also.
